Email support is free for all accounts. Telephone support is free for certain accounts as detailed above.
Where support requests involve issues which are not directly related to hosting (i.e. issues connected to the
user's computer or a non-Future Shock website), support will be charged at £40 per hour. Customers will always be warned of likely charges before work is carried out.
